Art Gallery «Has Sanat» was opened in 2003. «Has Sanat» means genuine, real art in the Kazakh language. The aim of the further work of the gallery is desire to show modern Kazakh art, unique art, which is inextricably linked to the rich national heritage that gone deep, and to acquaint the world with Kazakhstan.

One of the first exponents of the gallery was Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erbolat Tolepbay. Erbolat Tolepbay - one of the most renowned local artists. He was the first exhibited Kazakh author in famous Tretyakov Gallery. His works are in the State Museum of Art named after A.Kasteev, regional museums of the Republic, private collections of Kazakhstan, CIS, Europe, America and Asia.

Collection of the gallery presents paintings of famous artists, which represent different areas of the fine arts of Kazakhstan. Paintings tell about Kazakhstan, magnetism of Kazakh steppes, the beauty of Kazakh women. It is inherent in the spiritual quest, the appeal to moral criteria, an attempt to find answers to the pressing issues of the day.

Today, the "Nas Sanat" gallery collection includes works of different genres and directions, from realism to avant-garde, modern installations or bold experiments on ethnosymbolism theme. Among artists are names of the masters and young masters of brush and chisel. A special pride of the collection presents works of A.Sadyhanov, A.Akanayev, E.Tolepbay, K.Mullasheva, A.Akhat, A.Noda, B.Bapisheva, Sh.Tolesh, E.Kazarian, M.Bekeev, L.Urazbekova, A.Denikeev, N.Bube, R.Akanayev, B.Akanayeva, E.Aytuarov, L.Osman, V.Gvozdev (Shege), L.Mahat, S.Bektiyarov, A.Smagulov, B.Zaurbekov, B.Turgynbay, A.Bektasov, G.Korzhasova, E.Beysembinova, A.Shkolnyi, E.Volkova and B. Assanova.

Employees of the gallery provide exhibitions and art exhibitions of famous artists of Kazakhstan and other countries by opening new talents and new names. In a short time of existence, the gallery participated in organization of 28 exhibitions in Astana and 10 - abroad: Russia, Turkey, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and other countries.

An important focus of the «Has Sanat» art gallery is exhibition of foreign artists in Astana. According to the head of the gallery Zhanna Ensebaeva: "So, we are making a significant contribution to the cultural development of our capital. Astana is not only the center of political and economic life of the country, but also a center of spiritual and cultural revival of nation".

In 2013, the Spring Art Salon "Shanyrak" was provided in the gallery, which was specifically designed to support young artists, and will be held on a regular basis. The purpose of the art salon is to provide exhibition of conceptual works of young artists, revealing artistically meaningful content of the concept "Shanyrak" in Kazakh culture and author's understanding of this concept.

"Has Sanat" Art Gallery actively supports known and young artists of Kazakhstan to demonstrate their works in Astana and over the world.
